I was opening up my own salon, and I wasn’t sure what to call it, or even what my target market was. I knew just how valuable a web presence was in this day and age.
So I needed everything from a name and logo design, to a brilliant marketing campaign and a strategic web design. It was done quickly, almost as quick as Mr. Chaney’s hair cuts. It wasn’t long before “Cut it Up” was born, and my market ran to me (some of them, with scissors in hand, now that was scary!).

I had opened “Eddies Eavestrough” almost 14 years to the day when I had a *ahem* “friend” tell me that my look was so “80’s”. I couldn’t believe he said that, since I thought edgy triangles, and neon speckles were still in.
Well it didn’t take too long before more and more people scoffed at my “wanna be retro” look and even my website was deemed too “90’s”. I mean to give it credit it was built then. So I had a come back, like that Zack Morris kid and revamped my entire look.

I thought I had invested in the brand with the “easy” button. Well I was in for a big suprise when I noticed that the other locations were doing 48% more sales per month than I was. I knew our products were the same, so my logic was to invest in my local campaigns.
It wasn’t long before my store was the one people went to, especially since I used some creative ideas like the “free pen garden” out- side of my [now] biggest clients office.
Our feeble attempts at putting you into a shiny new box didn’t work huh? Well then why don’t you try and explain to the rest of us humans what it is you need by filling out these shiny new boxes. Thanks
